What is all about?AIESEC Career Days are the most important recruiting event in Switzerland. Organized by AIESEC in the different swiss universities, the Career Days bring into the campuses the world best companies and institutions in order to make possible for students to better know their job opportunities after the end of their academic studies. For an entire week, the Career Days will give students the possibility to follow interesting presentations and workshops directly organized by organizations.

AIESEC Career Days are definitely the best opportunity to meet national and international organizations otherwise very difficult to reach.Also in Lugano, the "Career Days" are a well established reality that exists since many years. Known as "Forma" before 2005, this event, organized by AIESEC has grown during the last years in terms of quality, number of visitors and stands. Moreover, since 2005 many non governmental organizations and international institutions participate in the AIESEC Lugano Career Days.

Since the 80s the Local Committees of AIESEC in Switzerland have been organizing career events at almost all Swiss universities. In spite of the changes in the Swiss market and increasing competition in the field of career services, AIESEC Swiss Career Days kept their leading role in this business because of their proximity to the students, their location within the Swiss universities and their variety of services.
