Privacy Policy
General:
It is the aim of AIESEC Swiss Career Days Association to help students to find their potential employer as well as companies their potential employee. This aim cannot be achieved if data cannot be exchanged/ collected by ASDCA. Therefore we inform you where data will be collected and how it will be used.
Technical data acquisition:
Due to technical reasons your IP-address, date and time of access will be registered. Further, so called cookies might be used as well in order to have an userfriendly interface. If you do not wish that such data is collected, we would like to advert the existence of proxi-programs. Further, the installation of cookies can be stoped by changing settings of your browser.
Individual data acquisition:
By applying for an event or service offered by ASCDA, requested personal data must be collected in order to provide. These data collected through an applying interface will be stored in an database. During the application you, the user, must confirm to have read this Privacy Policy.
Data storage:
All data will be stored in a database. Only you, the user, and ASCDA will have access to the data, as long as the user does not agree on sharing the data with a third party. ASCDA guarantees to handle personal data confidentially and protect it from unauthorized persons. Nevertheless we cannot guarantee a 100% security.
Dissemination of Data
Without the user's affirmation no data will be given to a third party. ASCDA reserves the right to use personal data for statistical purposes. If statistical data based on personal data is given to a third party anonymity is conceded by ASCDA.
Disclosure right:
If there are any questions regarding the use of personal data, a user can make a request at mail_helper('info@careerdays.ch') and ask for the use of his/her data.
